RETURN POLICY:

Prettymejewelry.com wants to make every shopping experience with us an incredibly joyful one, which is why we offer a “10-day Return Policy”. In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (minus any shipping or packaging charges) or exchange it within 10 days of the delivery date.

• The item must be returned in its’ original shipment condition (unworn or damaged).
• Customized items, which includes customized sizes and colors, will not be accepted for refund.
• Replaced items will not be refunded.
